SERVICES

From pain and injury to strength and confidence.

At Resilience Health, we combine osteopathy, rehabilitation and strength coaching to help you understand your body, manage pain and build the strength and capacity to do more.

OSTEOPATHY

For pain, injury and movement-related concerns.

Osteopathy involves a detailed assessment followed by an individualised treatment plan based on your symptoms, history and goals.

Osteopathic Manual Therapy

Hands-on techniques to help manage pain, stiffness and movement restrictions.

Dry Needling

Fine-needle treatment used to help manage muscle pain, tension and selected musculoskeletal symptoms.

Shockwave Therapy

Targeted acoustic wave therapy used to support the management of selected persistent tendon and musculoskeletal conditions.

Spinal Decompression

Controlled spinal traction that may be used for selected back, neck, disc-related and radiating symptoms.

Exercise & Rehabilitation

Targeted exercises and progressive loading to restore movement, strength and physical capacity.

Your osteopathic care may involve one or a combination of these approaches, depending on what is appropriate for you.

CLINICAL STRENGTH TRAINING

For rebuilding strength, capacity and confidence.

Clinical strength and conditioning bridges the gap between rehabilitation and regular training. Your programme is built around your current ability, goals, injury history and the demands of your life or sport.
